    • Partner with leadership teams to lead standards-aligned curriculum writing/revision processes and vertical alignment audits across all K-12 content areas to ensure high-quality, inclusive learning experiences. 

    • Develop comprehensive assessment reviews to eliminate learning barriers while maintaining rigor. 

    • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, coaches, and special educators to design student-centered learning environments and improved MTSS processes. 
       

What this Looks Like in Practice

  • District-Wide Curriculum/Instruction Planning: Co-creating a roadmap focused on district priorities for curriculum and instruction. Developing implementation guides to support the day-to-day instruction of standards-based curriculum units to meet the needs of all learners. 

  • Coaching & Capacity Building: Engage instructional coaches in professional learning and the development of coaching cycles that support district instructional priorities. 

  • Targeted Professional Learning: Designing and facilitating impactful and engaging professional learning aligned with district priorities for high-quality instruction and accessible learning experiences
